Is the mug dishwasher safe?
Care instructions depend on the mug blank used. Please follow the care information provided with your finished mug.
How long does it take to make my mug?
Most custom orders take approximately 2 business days to make before shipping. USPS shipping time begins after production is complete.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
There is currently no automatic live preview. Please carefully review your uploaded design and personalization before ordering. If there is an obvious issue with the file, we may contact you before production.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changed their mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with what you received, contact us so we can review it.
