This product is currently offered in one hat style. Additional styles will appear here if they are added later.
What is the processing time?
Most custom orders take approximately 2 business days to make before shipping. USPS shipping time begins after production is complete.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changed their mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with what you received, contact us so we can review it.
What file types do you accept?
PNG, JPG, JPEG and PDF files up to 10 MB.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
There is currently no automatic live preview. Please review your uploaded design and personalization carefully before ordering. If there is an obvious issue with the uploaded file, we may contact you before production.
Do you offer bulk orders?
For larger quantities, businesses, teams, events or group orders, contact us before ordering so we can discuss availability and project details.
