What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, JPEG and PDF files up to 10 MB. For the best print, upload the highest-quality version of your design you have.
What sizes do you offer?
Hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts are available in S, M, L, XL and 2XL. Choose your size from the Size options above.
What is the processing time?
Most custom orders take approximately 2 business days to make before shipping. USPS shipping time begins after production is complete.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
There is currently no automatic live preview. Please review your uploaded design and personalization carefully before ordering. If there is an obvious issue with the uploaded file, we may contact you before production.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changed their mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with what you received, contact us so we can review it.
Do you offer bulk orders?
