What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, JPEG and PDF files up to 10 MB.
How long does it take to make my order?
Most custom orders take approximately 2 business days to make before shipping. USPS shipping time begins after production is complete.
What size photo works best?
Use the highest-resolution original photo available. Clear, well-lit images generally produce the best results.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
There is currently no automatic live preview. Please review your uploaded photo and personalization carefully before ordering. If there is an obvious issue with the uploaded file, we may contact you before production.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changed their mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with what you received, contact us so we can review it.
Do you offer bulk orders?
For larger quantities or event orders, contact us before ordering so we can discuss availability and project details.
