What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, JPEG and PDF files up to 10 MB.
Do you offer different sizes?
Available sizes will be listed here once the product blank and dimensions are finalized.
What’s the best photo quality?
Use the highest-resolution original photo available. Clear, well-lit images generally produce the best result.
How long does it take to make my order?
Most custom orders take approximately 2 business days to make before shipping. USPS shipping time begins after production is complete.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
There is currently no automatic live preview. Please review your uploaded image and personalization carefully before ordering. If there is an obvious problem with the file, we may contact you before production.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changed their mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with what you received, contact us so we can review it.
